How a request and transfer work
You request a name. The team confirms it is still open, then emails one quote. You pay only if you accept. Then we move the name into a registrar account you control.
A request is not ownership. A registrar lock is a status on the current file, not a shop clock. There is no 30-minute hold on this site. If the card went stale, ask us to confirm it first.
What you do
Pick a listing. Send your name and email. Choose Name, Launch, or Managed when the ticket is fresh, or Request a confirm when it is stale. No card on that form.
What we do
We review the name, acquire it if you accept the quote, and transfer it. Launch and Managed are separate lines if you asked for a site.
What a lock is not
A public file can still show a transfer lock or a date in 2027 while the name is in this queue. That is not a wait-until date, and it is not a hold we placed for 30 minutes.
